When ordering a commission please be as detailed as possible about the character, background, or any other specifics you want me to add. If you have a picture of what you want or an example, please be sure to send those over as well. make sure your references are clear and easy to understand so I don't mess up your order!Pay what you want service per character or item! Free to use the image for backgrounds, icons, gifts, items, etc. Cannot be used for commercial use I don't mind it being used in small business merchandise (Say packaging).Commercial Use - Can only be done when paying me my normal rates (22$ per hour) x2.Can be used in everything from books, to games, to mods. No exceptions, if you want to be able to sell my work you must pay me for my time.Pixel Art Personal Use - You will be provided the Aseprite / Pixsquare files if there are layers. I give full permission for you to be able to take my files and modify it to your hearts content. Please always credit me if you post edits online.Private Work - $400 (ex. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.PAY WHAT YOU WANT POLICY VS NORMAL HOURYLY
First and for most, I offer a pay what you want policy. Do whatever you feel is affordable for you so long as you pay the minimum.
I ask that every customer have a minimum of only 1 big item or 10 small items so I can effectively get you your items in the times expressed. Larger projects can only be done by my hourly. At this time, please ask about my hourly to give you an estimate!
The pay what you want policy was put in for my customers to be able to basically buy me a coffee for something nice in return for an affordable price. I know the times are tough and we all want to have fun and get art of our oc's but a lot of artists need to live and basically go on an hourly wage for their art. I have the opportunity where I don't have to worry too much about my wage so I can freely price my art at anything. I please ask kindly that if you can afford my hourly rate to please consider supporting me and my efforts as it helps my getting software/programs/tools for my art and other necessities like the food/ items for my family and such. But if you can't it's ok! Have fun and ty for feeding my obsession with coffee!
GENERAL TERMSPlease write in a clear and nice manner. Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.When giving me references to your characters, I'm not picky. It can be a simple sketch, written description or more.
However, do be aware I may ask many questions depending on the commission. (Especially if it is for a character design or other heavily detailed characters that require your attention.)PAYMENTI offer several plans. The first is full upfront with the benefit of progress photos.
The second plan is half upfront and half at the end. This plan does not offer progress photos past the half way point of completion.
For my own safety, new users who have just started working with me can only do upfront payments. After at least 3 purchases, then you are allowed to do half and half purchases.If we are on trusted terms, the third option is you can decide when to pay me regardless of my progress.I take PayPal and CashApp and don't take any site currencies as of this time. This may change in the future.
If for whatever reason you cannot use PayPal and need to use a separate service with me, please contact me and we can chat!PROCESSThe time for your commission to be completed usually within 3 days to a 3 week but depending on what you order it can take a few more weeks to a month.
Circumstances can occur such as; Health, Family situations, School. If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified as soon as possible.I will also keep you updated with the progress so you can see each and every step I take just to make sure you get exactly what you ordered!If there is no progress at the 3 week mark you are fully welcome to a full refund! If you want to take any progress I've done to another artist (With credit) We can decide on a small cut for my time.CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONI will do everything I can to make my customers happy. However after a commission is finished, please keep in mind that you only have 5 free small changes such as coloring, markings, or other small details you want changed. Please keep in mind if you are a perfectionist I will not continuously change things after each go. If I feel you have done too many changes, I will eventually start charging you.
Any big changes will come with an extra charge. Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely. It will be costly depending on how much you want changes so make sure your reference is clear!
For character designs please be aware I will want to work with you more for your needs to be met.
Please make sure you can communicate with me before taking a design commission.COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to; Promote myself with in any place or site, Publish books with, to display it anywhere to my liking, or post it wherever I want.
As a warning, I am not liable for anything you decide to do with my art.The commissioner are allowed to:
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise. Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself. Use the art to for personal use with proper credit given to the artist.
If you break the copyright infringement You will be banned from my shop.The following is considered Copyright infringement: Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially, (Meaning making money of it in any way when you did not buy commercial rights) taking credit for the creation of the artwork, removing any watermarks/signatures, and altering the artwork without my, the artists, consent.A purchase of commercial rights to the artwork will always be x2 of my normal hourly price rates.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merchandise with the artwork without limitation.
As an example you can use it in books, covers, as props, or change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.When getting anything in relation to design / adoptable please give credit.
Changes to the outfit of a character are fine and if you like the outfit I made for a character that you bought you are welcome to use it on any of your characters!You are welcome to change a character design to anything you please! If you got a centaur for instance but want a human form, feel free to design a human form for them!PRIVATE COMMISSIONS ALWAYS COME WITH A $400 FEECANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
I take refunds honestly anytime, If I haven't done anything then feel free to reach out and refund! If you cancel in-between you will not hold any rights to any of the art (not even for personal) If you want to still use the art for yourself or to give to another artist please talk with me so that I can get a compensation percentage for my time depending on how much work I did for you.If you file a chargeback against me, You will be forbidden to ever commission me, Bo, ever again. Your name will then be put on my blacklist and banned from my shop.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.I will do everything in my power to improve and feel free to give constructive feedback!
